REFUND POLICY — [Store name]

RETURN WINDOW
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery.
Under UK/EU consumer law you also have a statutory 14-day right to cancel your order from the day you receive it, without giving a reason.

CONDITIONS
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.
We can't accept returns of personalised items, perishable goods, or hygiene-sealed products once opened.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email [support email] with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
Your statutory rights for faulty goods are not affected.

EXCHANGES
Need a different size or colour? Email us and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to stock.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email [support email] within 7 days with photos and your order number, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
